ICO wants to take different students' budgets into account, therefore, we will offer as much variety as is possible. We will aim to have 1200 rooms on the site.

We will offer the very best quality for each of our students no matter their budget.  

 

There will be various sizes of en suite rooms with shared kitchens, studios big and small, and apartments for single-use and sharers. 

 

All student accommodation will be equipped with community amenities such as: 

 

• Laundry Rooms: Sweden style laundry room if possible - Tvättstuga, tumble dryer and drying cabinet/drying cupboard.  

• Community Kitchens: modern cupboards, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob oven, sitting area with table.  

• Fully operational kitchen with sitting space of 10m2 approx  

• Luggage Storage: for students to put their luggage in small rooms we will offer alternative storage options that can be shared between rooms. 

• Study Rooms: in addition to library space
